COACH FRANK SPEAR
I’m a Brooklyn native with over two decades of experience in sports and fitness training. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, a bronze level USA BOXING certified coach, CPR AED certified by ASTI, and fully insured by NEXT insurance. I’ve worked with all kinds of athletes and everyday people, but what I love most is helping clients learn real boxing, lose weight, get stronger, and build confidence they'll carry outside of training.
Every single 1-on-1 session is led by me, your coach. No random trainers, no rotating staff. When you train with TRAIN+COACH, you’re training directly with a professional who knows how to push you safely, effectively, and with purpose.
