HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Warm Up & Skill Work
Every class kicks off with a quick warm-up, then straight into boxing fundamentals — stance, footwork, head movement, punch mechanics, and light technical drills.
Step 2: Conditioning & Strength
Next, we blend bootcamp and HIIT-style workouts to build speed, endurance, and full-body strength.
Step 3: Finish Strong
Each 60-minute class wraps up with a push that leaves you sharper, stronger, and more confident than when you walked in.

COACH FRANK SPEAR
I’m a Brooklyn native with over two decades of experience in sports and fitness. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, a USA Boxing certified coach, and CPR/AED certified. I’ve worked with all kinds of athletes and everyday people, but what I love most is helping clients learn real boxing, get stronger, and build confidence they can carry outside of training.
Every single class and 1-on-1 session is led by me — no random trainers, no rotating staff. When you train with TRAIN+COACH, you’re training directly with a professional who knows how to push you safely, effectively, and with purpose.
