1-on-1 Services
Private Premium Coaching Only.
Two program options: 36 sessions ($2,400) or 48 sessions ($3,000), both are built as a 12-week program. Every session is held in Prospect Park or, if you’re within a six-block radius, we can train right in your home or building gym for your convenience and accountability.

Sharpen your fundamentals, footwork, defense, conditioning, and boxing IQ. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build discipline and confidence, or prepare for white-collar or amateur bouts, you’ll get focused work using drills and progressions fighters actually use.
As a boxing coach, I’m certified to train, corner, and guide you throughout the entire fight-prep journey.
Private strength, conditioning, and weight-loss coaching built to get you leaner, stronger, and consistent. Every session is tailored to you, technique-driven, safe, high-accountability, and structured so you’re progressing week after week. Some clients may be able to use their HSA/FSA to cover training with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their doctor. TRAIN + COACH can provide medically-necessary exercise training prescribed by a physician. TRAIN + COACH does not bill insurance directly, clients pay normally and submit receipts to their HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Eligibility varies by provider.
